I grew up on the land and have lived in outback Queensland all my life:  I could not imagine living anywhere else.

The people of the country communities, the imagery of rural life, the unique colours of the western landscape, and all that is beautiful in this world, truly inspires me.

In every painting my objective is to convey my inspiration and, as an illustrator and story-teller, to try to evoke in those viewing my work the same emotions which have inspired me to record that particular moment in time.
